FAQ's Original Line

If you have purchased a Nespresso Original Line coffee machine from a Participating Retailer between 30th March 2020 and 31st May 2020, simply submit your coffee credit claim by visiting www.nespressopromotion.com.au and click on ‘Redeem Your Claim’ on the page. All claims need to be submitted by 11:59pm AEST on 28 June 2020. The offer applicable is subject to the Participating Product purchased and meeting the terms of offer.

Participating Products and offers are listed below for reference.

  • Offer 1; Purchase any CitiZ, CitiZ&milk, Creatista, Creatista Plus, Creatista Pro, Creatista Uno, Expert&milk, Gran Lattissima, Gran Maestria, KitchenAid, Lattissima One, Lattissima Plus, Lattissima Pro, Lattissima Touch, Maestria, Pixie, Prodigio or U Nespresso coffee machine ranges to get $70 Coffee Credit or
  • Offer 2; Purchase any Essenza, Essenza Mini, Essenza Mini & Aeroccino3 or Inissia Nespresso coffee machine ranges to get $40 Coffee Credit.
  • Offer 3: for both Offers 1 and 2, if you place a further order of 50 Nespresso coffee capsules or more in one transaction by 11.59pm AEST 23 August 2020 you will receive $20 discount on your coffee order. Nespresso orders can be placed online (www.nespresso.com), over the phone (phone 1800 623 033)
A Participating Product does not include:
  • Nespresso Business Solution machines; or
  • Commercial sales, second-hand, refurbished, trade seconds of similar products as determined by Nespresso in its sole discretion; or
  • Nespresso Vertuo machines
Note: To redeem the Coffee Credit online or by calling Nespresso, the claimant will need to spend an additional amount. Exact spend depends on coffee purchase with $70 or $40 Coffee Credit; and again, with the second order when redeeming the $20 coffee credit. Below are examples only:
  • For Offer 1: As an example, claimants may purchase 100 capsules (10 sleeves where each sleeve contains 10 capsules) of Original Line Ispirazione Firenze Arpeggio capsules at $0.73 per capsule at a total cost of $73.00. Following application of the $70.00 Coffee Credit, the claimant will have a minimum spend of $3.00. or
  • For Offer 2: As an example, claimants may purchase 60 capsules (6 sleeves where each sleeve contains 10 capsules) of Original line Volluto capsules at $0.73 per capsule at a total cost of $43.80. Following application of the $40.00 Coffee Credit, the claimant will have a minimum spend of $3.80. or
  • For Offer 3: As an example, claimants will have to spend an additional minimum amount in order to redeem the $20 Coffee Credit. For example: to receive the $20 Coffee Credit claimants may purchase 50 capsules (5 sleeves) of Volluto capsules at $0.73 per capsules at a total cost of $36.50. Following application of the $20 Coffee Credit the claimant will have a minimum spend of $16.50.

Yes, you are required to redeem your $70 or $40 Coffee Credit by 11.59pm AEST on 26 July 2020. If you place a coffee order after 26 July 2020, your Coffee Credit will not apply and you will not be eligible for Offer 3 ($20 coffee credit on your second order of 50 capsules or more).

To submit a claim, visit wwww.nespressopromotion.com.au and click on ‘Redeem Your Claim’ and complete your details by following the prompts. All claims need to be submitted by 11:59pm AEST on 28 June 2020.

Prior to starting your claim submission, please ensure that you have the below information ready as you will be required to provide it as part of your claim submission:

  • Your 19 digit serial number from the machine you purchased (19 digit alphanumeric code found on the drip tray or underneath your machine)
  • A scanned / photo of your Proof of Purchase (clearly showing machine model, date of purchase, price paid and the retailer)
  • Your Nespresso Membership number (if you are an existing Nespresso Member)
Note: Lay-bys not paid in full by 31 May 2020 are excluded from these offers.This offer is available to customers making payments with Afterpay or Zip Pay provided a valid receipt has been uploaded for Coffee Credit claim.

Yes, you are required to be or become a Nespresso member to redeem the $70 or $40 Coffee Credit.

If you are not a Nespresso member, you can simply submit your claim and automatically become a Nespresso member. Your account details will be emailed to you shortly after your claim submission.

Yes, once you have used your $70 or $40 Coffee Credit in full in a single transaction by 11.59pm AEST on 26 July 2020, you can place your order online (visit www.nespresso.com) or by phoning Nespresso (1800 623 033 toll free) and place an order of 50 capsules or more to receive $20 off your order. The $20 will be automatically deducted from your total purchase.

Simply contact the Nespresso on 1800 623 033 and we will be able to arrange a paper based form to be sent to a nominated address of your choice which you may simply complete and send back to Nespresso via our Reply Paid address.

Up to (3) claims per customer will be accepted. The offer applies to the purchase of selected Nespresso machines between 30 March 2020 and 31 May 2020 (inclusive) at any Participating Retailer in Australia. Lay-bys not paid in full by 31 May 2020 are excluded from these offers.

There are a number of ways for you to locate your existing Nespresso Membership number. These include:

  • If you already order your capsules online or using the mobile app, you can view your Membership number by accessing your account details online: https://www.nespresso.com/au/en/home and click on ‘PLEASE SIGN INTO YOUR ACCOUNT’
  • Call the Nespresso Club on 1800 623 033 (24/7)
  • Check a recent email from Nespresso

It is important that you submit your claim using your existing Membership number so we can ensure your machine is correctly registered on this account, and you are eligible for special offers or invitations.

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing technical difficulties using our claims service. Kindly check that you are using the latest version of Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Safari or Firefox. If you continue to have issues after updating your browser, please contact Nespresso on 1800 623 033 or via the ‘Contact Us’ page on the Nespresso website.

If you are trying to select the ‘Continue’ button and the site is not progressing to the next page, this means there could either be mandatory information missing from your submission on that current page or a field has not been completed correctly. To check, scroll up and the fields will be highlighted for you to complete prior to selecting ‘Continue’.

Please complete your claim up until the Confirmation page. From there, you will be able to go back and edit pages that have already been completed.

Your Coffee Credit will be provided to you within 10 business days after your claim has been validated and processed by Nespresso. You will receive a confirmation email and instructions on how to redeem it.

During the claim submission process, updates of the status of your claim will be provided by email.

If you did not receive any emails after your claim submission, please check your spam folder.

If you are still experiencing issues with your claim, please contact Nespresso on 1800 623 033.

For validation purposes, your claim will now be reviewed and validated by Nespresso prior to you being able to redeem your Coffee Credit. The Coffee Credit will be provided within 10 business days after your claim has been successfully validated and approved by Nespresso. Please keep a look out for communication from Nespresso via email.

Please ensure you have provided us with the correct email address to receive communications from Nespresso. If you did not receive any emails after your claim submission, please check your spam folder.

Please contact Nespresso on 1800 623 033 or via the ‘Contact Us’ page on the Nespresso website to enquire about the status of your claim submission.

This email is sent to create your Nespresso website log in. Setting up this log in is required should you wish to order via either our Nespresso website or mobile app.

Go to www.nespresso.com/au/en/home and type in your email address and click on ‘Forgotten Your Password’. Then, input your email address again into the field and click Continue. You will then receive an email with a link for you to create your password.

Once you have received your validation email, you may redeem your Coffee Credit via any of the below methods:

  • Online: www.nespresso.com
  • Phone: The Nespresso Club - 1800 623 033 (toll free) (24 / 7)
  • Download: Nespresso Mobile Applications: available for iPhone, iPad, Android

A reminder that your Coffee Credit must be redeemed in full in a single transaction by 26 July 2020 and may only be used to purchase Nespresso capsules (excludes accessories). Free Standard Delivery also applies on orders placed where Coffee Credit is being redeemed via channels where delivery applies (e.g. Nespresso mobile apps).

The claim process for Offer 1 and Offer 2 must be completed no later than 11:59pm AEST on 28 June 2020 ("Claim Close Date 1")

For Offer 3, you must place your order of 50 or more capsules by 11.59pm AEST on 23 August 2020. ("Claim Close Date 2") to receive $20 discount on your order.

Claims received after this time and date will not be accepted.

As per the Terms of Offer, the Offer 1 and Offer 2 Coffee Credit must be redeemed in full in a single transaction by 11:59pm AEST on 26 July 2020. Please see Terms of Offer for full details.

Yes, you are required to redeem Offer 1 ($70 Coffee Credit) or Offer 2 ($40 Coffee Credit) when you place your first coffee order. Offer 3 applies to your second order of 50 capsules or more placed before 23 August 2020.

Once you place your first coffee order to redeem your Offer 1 or Offer 2 Coffee Credit, you can place your second coffee order of 50 capsules or more. The $20 discount will automatically apply to your order.

Note: To redeem the Coffee Credit online or by calling Nespresso, the claimant will need to spend an additional amount.

Offer 1 and Offer 2 applies to your first coffee order. Once you redeem your $70 or $40 Coffee Credit, you may place your second order of 50 capsules or more and receive $20 off your order. You are required to place your coffee order for Offer 3 by 11:59pm AEST on 23 August 2020.

Note: The Coffee Credit cannot be used in conjunction with any other Nespresso offers. Minimum spend required to use the Coffee Credit.

Once you receive your validation email, there will be a link provided to set-up your Nespresso website log in. Click on the link and follow the instructions on the website to set up your Nespresso website log in.(must be actioned within 72 hours of receiving your email). You can then login to the Nespresso website or mobile app, place your coffee order and enter your promotional code at the check out to redeem the offer.

We are unable to transfer a Coffee Credit to another Nespresso Membership.
