    2. Promoter

    4. Eligibility Criteria

      Claims can be submitted by:

      • Residents of Australia;
      • Who have purchased a Participating Product from a Participating Retailer;
      • Who are new/existing Nespresso Club Members; and
      • Who have submitted a claim in accordance with the claim method;
      • Who have otherwise complied with these terms and conditions.

    5. Promotional Period

      The Promotion starts at 12:01am AEDT on 30 March 2020 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on 31 May 2020 (“Close Date”)

    6. Participating Products

      Participating Products include:

      • Vertuo
      • VertuoPlus
      • VertuoPlus & Aeroccino3

      A Participating Product does not include:

      1. Nespresso Business Solution machines; or
      2. Commercial sales, second-hand, refurbished, trade seconds of similar products as determined by Nespresso in its sole discretion; or
      3. Nespresso Original Line machines.

    7. Participating Retailers

      All Costco Australia stores (including physical shop fronts and online store) which display promotional materials for the Promotion

      A Participating Retailer is not www.nespresso.com or the Nespresso Club via phone 1800 623 033 or Nespresso Boutiques.

    8. Offer

      There are 2 offers associated with this Promotion. Firstly, if you purchase a Participating Product from a Participating Retailer during the Promotional Period, you will receive a $50 instant discount at the Costco register. Secondly, following your purchase of a Participating Product from a Participating Retailer during the Promotional Period, you can redeem $20 off your first coffee order for 50 or more coffee capsules from Nespresso.

    9. Claim Method

      To claim, claimants must:

      1. Visit a Costco store or Costco website in Australia;
      2. Purchase a Participating Product from a Participating Retailer during the Promotional Period;
      3. Receive $50 off your machine purchase at Costco register or checkout at Costco website;
      4. Be or become a Nespresso Club Member;
      5. Submit claim for the $20 discount (“Coffee Credit”) by visiting www.nespressopromotion.com.au and following the prompts. Claimants will need to provide proof of purchase (i.e. Costco receipt) in order to complete the claim process. All claims must be completed online by 11:59pm AEST on 28/6/20.
      6. Following claim verification, you will receive an email from Nespresso providing confirmation of the $20 Coffee Credit and how to redeem it.
      7. To redeem the $20 Coffee Credit, claimants must purchase 50 or more capsules from Nespresso in a single transaction by 11:59pm AEST on 23/8/20. Purchases can be made online (visit www.nespresso.com) or by phoning the Nespresso Club on 1800 623 033. Free standard delivery is included with redemption.

    10. Important Dates

      Promotional Period Promotion applies to purchases of Participating Products from Participating Retailers between 12:01am AEDT on 30/3/20 and 11:59pm AEST 31/5/20

      $20 Coffee Credit – Submit claim by: Claimants must complete the claim process for the $20 Coffee Credit by 11:59pm AEST on 28/6/20

      Use $20 Coffee Credit by: To redeem the $20 Coffee Credit, claimants must purchase 50 or more capsules from Nespresso in a single transaction by 11:59pm AEST on 23/8/20.

    11. Offer Delivery

      The $50 discount on a purchase of a Participating Product in a Participating Retailer during the Promotional Period will be applied directly at the time of payment for the Participating Product in the Participating Retailer.

      Following claim verification by Nespresso, the $20 Coffee Credit will be applied automatically from the claimant’s next coffee order for 50 or more capsules if order is placed by 11:59pm AEST on 23/8/20.

      Claimants will have to spend an additional minimum amount in order to redeem the $20 Coffee Credit. For example: to receive the $20 Coffee Credit claimants may purchase 50 capsules (5 sleeves) of Voltesso capsules at $0.80 per capsule at a total cost of $40.00. Following application of the $20 Coffee Credit the claimant will have a minimum spend of $20.

    12. Maximum claims permitted

      A maximum of three (3) claims in total will be accepted per customer during the Offer Period, provided each claim represents the separate purchase of a Participating Product;

    13. Other conditions

      1. The Offer is available to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who provide an Australian postal address and comply with these Terms of Offer. Employees of Nestlé Australia Ltd, any company associated with Nespresso, any company acting as a service provider for Nespresso and the employee’s immediate families are ineligible to claim this offer.
      2. Use with other offers: This Offer is not available in conjunction with any other Nespresso promotion, offer or discount. This offer is not available to customers who use points/rewards from a third party loyalty program as full payment towards a Participating Product at a Participating Retailer. The Offer is not valid for commercial sales, second-hand, refurbished, trade seconds or similar products as determined by Nespresso in its sole discretion
      3. Verification: Nespresso reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims and reserves the right to disqualify any individual claimant or group of claimants for tampering with the claim process. Proof of purchase documentation (in the form of a purchase receipt) must clearly show the Participating Retailer, the Participating Product, the price paid and the date of the purchase. The serial number of the machine must also be provided to Nespresso. Claim details that are ineligible or incomplete will be considered void.
      4. Returns: Nespresso reserves the right to refuse any claim if the Participating Product is returned to the point of purchase.
      5. Privacy: Nespresso collects claimants’ personal information in order to conduct the Offer. All personal details are kept in accordance with the Nespresso Privacy Policy. Visit www.nespresso.com.au/en/pages/legal to access the Nespresso Privacy Policy.
      6. Receipt of claims: Claims are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database. The Promoter is not responsible for incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, late, lost or misdirected information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission.
      7. Not transferable: All Offers unless stated to the contrary are not transferable & cannot be converted to cash.
      8. Australian Consumer Law: These terms and conditions do not exclude or limit the application of any statutory provision (including a provision of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) where to do so would contravene that statute or cause any part of these terms and conditions to be void.
      9. Tampering: The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual claimant or group of claimants for tampering with the claim process. Tampering includes but is not limited to the utilisation of techniques designed to make multiple claims that are not associated with a separate eligible purchase, or submitting a claim which is not otherwise in accordance with these terms.
      10. Technical Malfunction: If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify the Promotion.

    8. Offer

      Purchase a Participating Product from a Participating Retailer during the Promotional Period and receive $70 Cash Back via redemption from Nespresso. In addition, following your purchase of a Participating Product from a Participating Retailer during the Promotional Period, and completing your $70 Cash Back claim, you can redeem $20 off your next coffee order of 50 or more coffee capsules from Nespresso. Simply visit www.nespressopromotion.com.au for all details and to submit your claim.

    9. Claim Method

      To claim, claimants must:

      1. Go to a Participating Retailer;
      2. Purchase a Participating Product from a Participating Retailer during the Promotional Period;
      3. Be or become a Nespresso Club Member;
      4. Visit the Website (www.nespressopromotion.com.au) to submit the $70 Cash Back claim by 11:59pm AEST on 28 June 2020;
      5. Following claim verification, you will receive an email from Nespresso providing confirmation of the Cash Back being processed to the bank account details provided by the claimant;
      6. Following approval of your Cash Back, you can place your first order of 50 or more Nespresso coffee capsules before Claim Close Date 2 (11:59pm AEST 23 August 2020). $20 will be automatically deducted from your order.

    10. Important Dates

      Promotional Period Promotion applies to purchases of Participating Products from Participating Retailers between 12:01am AEDT on 30 March 2020 and 11:59pm AEST.

      Submit Cash Back Claim by: Claimant must complete Cash Back claim process by 11:59pm AEST on 28 June 2020 (“Claim Close Date”) by visiting the Website.

      Use $20 Coffee Credit by: Following approval of your Cash Back, you can place your first order of 50 or more Nespresso coffee capsules by 11:59pm AEST 23 August 2020 (“Claim Close Date 2”). You will receive $20 off your order.

    11. Offer Delivery

      The $70 Cash Back will be deposited within 15 business days by electronic funds transfer (“EFT”) into the Australian bank account provided by the claimant after their claim is validated and approved by Nespresso.

      The $20 Coffee Credit will be taken off automatically from the claimant’s next coffee order. Order must be completed by 11.59pm AEST 23 August 2020.

      The Coffee Credit cannot be used in conjunction with any other Nespresso sales.

    12. Minimum Spend

      Claimants will have to spend an additional minimum amount in order to redeem the $20 Coffee Credit.

    9. Claim Method

      To claim, claimants must:

      1. Go to a Participating Retailer;
      2. Purchase a Participating Product from a Participating Retailer during the Promotional Period (between 12:01am AEDT on 30 March 2020 and 11:59pm AEST on 31 May 2020.)
      3. Be or become a Nespresso Club Member.
      4. Visit the Website (www.nespressopromotion.com.au) to submit the Coffee Credit claim (Offer 1: $70 Coffee Credit or Offer 2: $40 Coffee Credit) by 11:59pm AEST on 28 June 2020 (“Claim Close Date 1”);
      5. Following claim verification, you will receive an email from Nespresso providing confirmation of the Coffee Credit being processed and instructions on how to redeem it. The Coffee Credit for Offer 1 or Offer 2 must be used in full in a single transaction by 11.59pm AEST on 26 July 2020 where minimum spend applies.
      6. When you place a second order of 50 or more Nespresso coffee capsules before Claim Close Date 2 (11:59pm AEST 23 August 2020), $20 will be automatically deducted from your order. Note: Claimants must redeem their $70 or $40 Coffee Credit before they can redeem the additional $20 Coffee Credit.

    10. Important Dates

      Use $20 Coffee Credit by: Claimant needs to place a second order of 50 or more Nespresso coffee capsules by 11:59pm AEST 23 August 2020 (“Claim Close Date 2”), where $20 will be automatically deducted from the order.

    11. Offer Delivery

      Offer 1 or Offer 2 will be provided to the claimant within 10 business days after their claim has been validated and processed by The Promoter.

      Offer 3 will provide a $20 discount on the second Nespresso order of 50 capsules or more if order is placed by 11:59pm AEST on 23 August 2020.

    12. Maximum claims permitted

      A maximum of three (3) claims in total will be accepted per customer during the Offer Period, provided each claim represents the separate purchase of a Participating Product.

    13. Coffee Credit Use Conditions

      The Coffee Credit for Offer 1 or Offer 2 must be used in full in a single transaction by 11.59pm AEST on 26 July 2020.

      Offer 3 will provide a $20 discount on the second Nespresso order of 50 capsules or more if order is placed by 11:59pm AEST on 23 August 2020.

      The Coffee Credit cannot be used in conjunction with any other Nespresso sales.

    14. Minimum Spend

      The Coffee Credit for Offer 1 or Offer 2 must be used in full in a single transaction. Claimants will have to spend an additional amount in order to redeem the Coffee Credit. For example:

      1. For Offer 1: Claimants may purchase 100 capsules (10 sleeves where each sleeve contains 10 capsules) of Original line Volluto capsules at $0.73 per capsule at a total cost of $73.00. Following application of the $70.00 Coffee Credit, the claimant will have a minimum spend of $3.00. or
      2. For Offer 2: Claimants may purchase 60 capsules (6 sleeves where each sleeve contains 10 capsules) of Original line Volluto capsules at $0.73 per capsule at a total cost of $43.80. Following application of the $40.00 Coffee Credit, the claimant will have a minimum spend of $3.80. or
      3. For Offer 3: Claimants will have to spend an additional minimum amount in order to redeem the $20 Coffee Credit. For example: to receive the $20 Coffee Credit claimants may purchase 50 capsules (5 sleeves) of Volluto capsules at $0.73 per capsules at a total cost of $36.50. Following application of the $20 Coffee Credit the claimant will have a minimum spend of $16.50

    15. Other conditions

      1. The Offer is available to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who provide an Australian postal address and comply with these Terms of Offer.
