FAQ's

If you have purchased a Nespresso machine from a participating retailer between 7th November 2018 and 31st January 2019, simply apply online by visiting www.nespressopromotion.com.au and click on Redeem Your Claim on the page and complete your details. The offer applicable is subject to the Participating Product purchased and meeting the terms of offer. Participating Products and offers are listed below for reference.

Offer 1:

Offer 1 is for CitiZ, Pixie, Prodigio, Expert, Lattissima, Maestria, Gran Maestria, U, KitchenAid and Creatista Nespresso coffee machine ranges and consists of

  • A $30 cash back** which will be provided as an EFT into your nominated Australian bank account.

PLUS

  • A $30 Coffee Credit* which will be automatically deducted off your next Nespresso coffee order when you purchase capsules from a Nespresso channel (includes free standard delivery).

Note: To redeem the Coffee Credit online or by calling the Nespresso Club or at a Nespresso Boutique claimants may purchase a minimum of 50 Original Line Arpeggio capsules ( 5 sleeves where each sleeve contains 10 capsules) at $0.69 per capsule at a total cost of $34.50. Following application of the $30.00 Coffee Credit, the claimant will have a minimum spend of $4.50.

Offer 2:

Offer 2 is for Essenza, Essenza Mini and Inissia Nespresso coffee machine ranges and consists of:

  • A $20 cash back** which will be provided as an EFT into your nominated Australian bank account.

AND

  • A $20 Coffee Credit* which will be automatically deducted off your next Nespresso coffee order when you purchase capsules from a Nespresso channel (includes free standard delivery).

Note: To redeem the Coffee Credit online or by calling the Nespresso Club claimants may purchase a minimum of 50 capsules. If they purchase 50 capsules (5 sleeves where each sleeve contains 10 capsules) of Original Line Arpeggio capsules at $0.69 per capsule, the total cost will be $34.50. Following application of the $20.00 Coffee Credit, the claimant will have a minimum spend of $14.50.

To redeem the Coffee Credit in the boutique, the claimant may purchase 30 capsules of Original Line Arpeggio capsules at $0.69 per capsule where the total cost will be $20.70. The claimant will therefore have a minimum spend of $0.70 if Offer 2 is redeemed in the boutique.

To submit a claim, visit www.nespressopromotion.com.au and click on 'Redeem Your Claim' on the page and complete your details by following the prompts.

Prior to starting your claim submission, please ensure that you have the below information ready as you will be required to provide it as part of your claim submission:

  1. Your 19 digit serial number from the machine you purchased (19 digit alphanumeric code found on the drip tray or underneath your machine)
  2. A scanned / photo of your Proof of Purchase (clearly showing machine model, date of purchase, price paid and the retailer)
  3. Nominated bank account details (BSB / Account Number). Bank details are required should you be redeeming Cash Back. Please ensure your first name and last name are as per your bank account details.
  4. Your Nespresso Club Membership number. (if you are an existing Nespresso Club Member) so we are able to match your claim to an existing Membership number

For validation purposes and as per the Terms of Offer, claims may only be made via our promotions website. www.nespressopromotion.com.au

Simply contact the Nespresso Club on 1800 623 033 and we will be able to arrange a paper based form to be sent to a nominated address of your choice which you may simply complete and send back to Nespresso via our Reply Paid address.

The offer applies to the purchase of a Nespresso machine between 7 November 2018 and 31 January 2019 (inclusive) at any Participating Retailer in Australia. Lay-bys not paid in full by 31 January 2019 are excluded from these offers. Up to (3) claims per customer will be accepted.

There are a number of ways for you to locate your existing Nespresso Club Membership number. These include:

  1. If you already order your capsules online or using the mobile app, you can view your Membership number by accessing your account details online: https://www.nespresso.com/au/en/home and click on PLEASE SIGN INTO YOUR ACCOUNT
  2. Call the Nespresso Club on 1800 623 033 (24/7)
  3. Visit your nearest Boutique and ask a Nespresso Coffee Specialist
  4. Check a recent email from Nespresso

It is important that you submit your claim using your existing Club Membership number so we can ensure your machine is correctly registered on this account, and you are eligible for special offers or invitations.

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing technical difficulties using our claims service. Kindly check that you are using the latest version of Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Safari or Firefox. If you continue to have issues after updating your browser, please contact the Nespresso Club on 1800 623 033 or via the 'Contact Us' page on the Nespresso website

If you are trying to select the ‘Continue’ button and the site is not progressing to the next page, this means there could either be mandatory information missing from your submission on that current page or a field has not be completed correctly. To check, scroll up and the fields will be highlighted for you to complete prior to selecting 'Continue'.

Please complete your claim up until the Confirmation page. From there, you will be able to go back and edit pages that have already been completed.

Once your claim has been validated and processed, you will receive your Cash Back via EFT (electronic funds transfer) into your nominated bank account within 15 business days. For Coffee Credit, you will receive a validation email once your Coffee Credit has been applied to your Nespresso member account with instructions on how to redeem. Please ensure you check your email communication and if unsure please contact the Nespresso Club on 1800 623 033 or via the ‘Contact Us’ page on the Nespresso website.

During the claim submission process, updates of the status of your claim will be provided by email.

Thank you for submitting your claim. For validation purposes, your claim will now be reviewed and validated by Nespresso prior to you being able to redeem your Coffee Credit. The Coffee Credit and Cash Back will be provided within 10 business days after your claim has been successfully validated and approved by Nespresso. Please keep a look out for communication from Nespresso via email.

Please contact the Nespresso Club on 1800 623 033 (24/7) or via the ‘Contact Us’ page on the Nespresso website to enquire about the status of your claim submission.

This email is sent to create your Nespresso website log in. Setting up this log in is required should you wish to order via either our Nespresso website or mobile app.

Go to www.nespresso.com/au/en/home and type in your email address and click on ‘Forgotten Your Password’. Then, input your email address again into the field and click Continue. You will then receive an email with a link for you to create your password.

Once you have received your validation email, you may redeem your Coffee Credit via any of the below methods:

A reminder that your Coffee Credit must be redeemed in full in a single transaction by 28 March 2019 and may only be used to purchase Nespresso capsules (excludes accessories). Free Standard Delivery also applies on orders placed where Coffee Credit is being redeemed via channels where delivery applies (e.g. Nespresso Club, Nespresso website, Nespresso mobile apps, Boutique Distant Orders).

As per the Terms of Offer, the Coffee Credit must be redeemed in full in a single transaction by 28 March 2019. Please see Terms of Offer for full details

As per the Terms of Offer, the Coffee Credit applied is for the purchase of Nespresso coffee capsules only.

Once you receive your validation email, you will also receive an email for you to set-up your Nespresso website log in. Follow the instructions on this email to set up your Nespresso website log in. Follow the instructions on this email to set-up your Nespresso log in (must be actioned within 72 hours of receiving your email). You can then login to the Nespresso website or mobile app, place your coffee order and your credit will be deducted from your order basket.

Your Coffee Credit has been applied to your existing Nespresso Club Membership. To redeem this via the website or mobile app, simply log in to the Nespresso website or mobile app, place your coffee order and your Coffee Credit will be deducted from your order basket.

Please confirm that you are;

  1. Placing your order using the account linked to your Nespresso Membership number as specified on your validation email.
  2. Not on the Quick Order Shopping Bag. If you are, select ‘Proceed to Order’ and you will reach the Shopping Bag Summary page where the Coffee Credit will be visible as a discount off your order basket.

If you are still unable to see your Coffee Credit please contact the Nespresso Club on 1800 623 033 where a Coffee Specialist will be able to assist you.

The claim process for this Offer must be completed online no later than 11.59pm AEDT on 28 February 2019.

Claims received after this time and date will not be accepted.

You will be able to find a list of Participating Retailers on the Purchase Details page during your claim submission. To find a Participating Retailer, please click on the drop down menu. If you are unable to find your Participating Retailer, please select ‘Another Store Listed’ located within the drop down menu.

We are unable to transfer a Cash Back claim to another Nespresso Club Membership account.
