FAQ's Vertuo

If you have purchased any Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine from a Participating Retailer between 2 November 2020 and 31 January 2021, simply submit your cash back claim by visiting and click on ‘Redeem Your Claim’ on the page and complete your details. The offer applicable is subject to the Participating Product purchased and meeting the Terms of Offer (insert link to terms of offer) and will be paid to your nominated bank account in 15 business days upon approval.

Participating Products include:

  • Vertuo
  • Vertuo Next
  • Vertuo Next & Aeroccino3
  • VertuoPlus
  • VertuoPlus & Aeroccino3

A Participating Product does not include:

  1. Nespresso Business Solution machines; or
  2. Commercial sales, second-hand, refurbished, trade seconds of similar products as determined by Nespresso in its sole discretion; or
  3. Nespresso Original machines

To submit a claim, visit and click on ‘Redeem Your Claim’ and complete your details by following the prompts.

Prior to starting your claim submission, please ensure that you have the below information ready as you will be required to provide it as part of your claim submission:

  1. Your 19-digit serial number from the machine you purchased (19-digit alphanumeric code found on your machine drip tray or underneath your machine)
  2. A scanned copy or photo of your Proof of Purchase (clearly showing machine model, date of purchase, price paid and the retailer)
  3. Your Nespresso membership number (if you are an existing Nespresso member)

Note: Lay-bys not paid in full by 31st January 2021 are excluded from this offer. This offer is available to customers making payments with Afterpay or Zip Pay provided a valid receipt has been uploaded for the Cash Back claim.

Retailers who sell Participating Products in Australia and operate from shop fronts in Australia including both the physical shop front and online store operated by such retailers and which display promotional material. Note: Costco is not a Participating Retailer.

A Participating Retailer is not, Nespresso via phone 1800 623 033 or Nespresso Boutiques.

You will be able to find a list of Participating Retailers on the Purchase Details page during your claim submission. To find a Participating Retailer, please click on the drop-down menu. If you are unable to find your Participating Retailer, please select ‘Others’ located within the drop-down menu.

Yes, you are required to be or become a Nespresso member to redeem your cash back. If you are not a Nespresso member, you can simply submit your claim and automatically become a Nespresso member. Your account details will be emailed to you shortly after your claim submission.

Unfortunately not. For validation purposes and as per the Terms of Offer, cash back claims can only be made via our promotions website

Up to (3) claims per customer will be accepted. The offer applies to the purchase of any Nespresso Vertuo machines between 2nd November 2020 and 31st January 2021 (inclusive) at any Participating Retailer in Australia. Lay-bys not paid in full by 31st January 2021 are excluded from these offers.

It is important that you submit your claim using your existing membership so we can ensure your machine is correctly registered on this account, and you are eligible for special offers or invitations.

We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing technical difficulties using our claims service. Kindly check that you are using the latest version of Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Safari or Firefox etc. If you continue to have issues after updating your browser, please contact Nespresso on 1800 623 033 or via the ‘Contact Us’ page on the Nespresso website.

If you are trying to select the ‘Continue’ button and the site is not progressing to the next page, this means there could either be mandatory information missing from your submission on that current page or a field has not been completed correctly. To check, scroll up and the fields will be highlighted for you to complete prior to selecting ‘Continue’.

Please complete your claim up until the Confirmation page. From there, you will be able to go back and edit pages that have already been completed.

Your $80 Cash Back will be provided to you within 15 business days after your claim has been approved by Nespresso by electronic funds transfer (“EFT”) into the Australian bank account nominated in your claim. Please expect delays if incorrect Australian bank account information has been provided in your claim. Nespresso only accept major local banks.

During the claim submission process, updates of the status of your claim will be provided by email. If you did not receive any emails after your claim submission, please check your spam folder. If you are still experiencing issues with your claim, please contact Nespresso on 1800 623 033.

If you did not receive any emails after your claim submission, please check your spam folder. This email is sent to create your Nespresso website log in. Setting up this log in is required should you wish to order via either our Nespresso website or mobile app.

Go to and type in your email address and click on ‘Forgotten Your Password’. Then, input your email address again into the field and click Continue. You will then receive an email with a link for you to create your password.

The claim process for the Cash Back must be completed no later than 11:59pm AEDT on 28th February 2021. Claims received after this time and date will not be accepted.

Once you receive your validation email, there will be a link provided to set-up your Nespresso website log in. Click on the link and follow the instructions on the website to set up your Nespresso website log in (must be actioned within 72 hours of receiving your email). You can then login to the Nespresso website or mobile app, place your coffee order and enter your promotional code at the check out to redeem the offer.
